Exposed concrete is a clean and imaginative surface in this Las Campanas entry
An efficient kitchen remains open to the nearby dining room and the living room beyond

We are working on several different projects at the present time.

Our largest is a ranch outside of town where several separate jobs are ongoing including a ranch house, barn, equipment shed, shop, and foreman’s residence.
Near Eldorado we are at the initial phases of a residence requiring healthy house specifications. This home will be of frame construction featuring integrally colored concrete slabs, all wood cabinetry, and a hospital grade air handling system.

In Santa Fe an east side renovation with extensive new construction as well, is in one of the oldest districts and requires close attention to requirements of the local Historic Board. This house will feature custom wood windows and doors,

traditional viga and plank ceilings, and a grand fireplace in a large “greatroom” containing kitchen, dining, and living room spaces.

In the Tano Road area we will be starting a second floor addition in the near future. This will use E-crete for the exterior walls and exposed stained concrete for the second story floor finish. A roof deck of sustainably harvested hardwood will offer views of the river basin to the north.

We are also consulting with a client seeking to retrofit their home with a complete active solar power system. Working with the architect and engineers, we are planning and coordinating the installation of the system within the framework of an ongoing renovation.
