| Burke Denman President of Denman & Associates, began building in northern New Mexico in 1971. Working on numerous renovations, solarizations, restorations and additions throughout the 1970’s and early 80’s, his experience led to creation of the company in 1985. Burke’s vision has taken the construction company into the realm of sustainable construction, inviting the company and clients to commit to using environmentally sound building practices for each project. |
Sally Butler Vice-president of Denman & Associates, entered the construction industry in 1979 as a laborer in a small construction company. Moving through the company, she soon became proficient in construction management, bidding and supervising projects, and business management. Having started Burke Grafton Denman & Associates with Burke Denman in 1985, Sally has overseen all aspects of the business, including job costing, job financing, supervision, and the operation of the business. |

| Chuck Apple Partner in Denman & Associates, has been involved in different phases of construction since 1972, in a supervisory position since 1979. Joining Denman & Associates as a job foreman in 1986, he became a partner in the business in 1989. With the company, he has supervised projects from small remodels to a 25,000 square foot retreat complex located in a remote site 2.5 hours from Santa Fe. Chuck is integral to the preliminary process of job development and project negotiations. |
Bradley Gummersall Partner in Denman & Associates, is a graduate of Beloit College with post graduate work at New York University. He has been involved with construction since 1972, developing an on-site knowledge of all phases of residential homebuilding. He joined Denman & Associates in 1984 as a job foreman, became a partner in 1989 and currently works as supervisor, estimator, and in sales and contract negotiation. He golfs on Wednesday afternoons. |
