Denman & Associates involves itself in commercial projects of a custom nature. We have worked on several Canyon Road gallery spaces, and two restaurants there as well. Two current B&B’s in town, one in Chimayo, and one in Abiquiu were built by us in years past. Working with century-old adobe, two of these projects required careful attention and creative thinking to integrate modern amenities into a classic adobe design. | |
We were heavily involved in renovation and new construction at a monastery in northern New Mexico as well as a large retreat center in San Miguel County. Here in Santa Fe we have done extensive construction to transform two former auto dealerships into viable downtown commercial space. In the evolving Second Street District we built a custom pumicecrete building as the offices of a local stone company. |
